Costs of the Meeting

There is no fee associated with the meeting.

There is some support available for travel and accommodation costs for participants. If you wish to be considered for this support please contact  by the 14th of May and include in your email details of expenses you expect to incur.

Accommodation

The cost of a single hotel room in the Aarhus area varies from 500 to 1000,- DKK per night (breakfast included).

Details for several hotels are given below. We will make the bookings for you, so please email once you have chosen which accommodation you require. If you wish to share a double room or have any other requirements please include the details in your email to Kate.

A hotel located in the centre of the city close to the railway station, a single room costs ~845 kr (€115) per night and includes breakfast.

A hotel located near the harbour, a single room costs ~967 kr (€130) per night, a double room costs 1053 kr (€140), prices include breakfast.

• The Comfort Hotel Atlantic- website

In a lower price range there is a hotel in the centre, next to the cathedral, a single room costs ~525 DKK (€71), or a double room 645 DKK (€87)

• The Cab Inn - website

Limited places are available in the University Guest House or the Mathematics Department at ~400 DKK (€54) per night (self catering).
