Payment/Costs for the meeting

The host insitution has setup an online payment form for the meeting where you can pay the fees for the meeting using a credit card (visa or mastercard).

When filling out the online form please ensure that you fill out all of those fields markes with an *.

In order to show the correct amount to be charged to the credit card on the payment form you need to select the appropriate link below, according to the duration and type of accommodation you indicated on your registration form.

The fee covers: your stay in the Hotel Golden Age 1 (half board, lunch included), the conference dinner and the excursion on the Saturday afternoon.

The price for accompanying persons includes accommodation, the conference dinner the excursion on the Saturday afternoon.

Note: the online payment form is hosted by the Sabanci University, please direct any enquiries regarding the form to the local organiser  or the meeting secretary
