MOSBRI
The European Union’s Horizon 2020 INFRAIA programme has awarded a 5 M€ infrastructure grant to MOSBRI (Molecular-Scale Biophysics Research Infrastructure https://www.mosbri.eu), a consortium of 13 academic centres of excellence and 2 industrial partners from 11 different European countries, coordinated by Institut Pasteur (Paris, France). Transnational access (TNA) under MOSBRI will provide free access (paid by the project) to the consortium's laboratories and is especially aimed at young researchers. This means that MOSBRI is able to support users who have their host institution in one of the EU member or associated states with an allowance for travel and subsistence, with beam time and access to the experimental facilities free of charge. We are able to give financial support to one person per MOSBRI project. The AU-CD beamline on ASTRID2 is one of the laboratories open for access under this programme.
|
All proposals for beamtime supported by this programme will be submitted and handled centrally through the MOSBRI website.
Time on the AU-CD beamline has been reserved for proposals successfully awarded access through MOSBRI, it is not necessary to also submit a proposal through ISA's annual call for proposals.
Full details of who can apply and the procedure to do so, including information required for submissiom of a proposal and what is included in the support, can be found on the MOSBRI website:
https://www.mosbri.eu/apply-for-tna/
Applications for TNA to AU-SRCD at ASTRID2 under MOSBRI are now being accepted.
Once a MOSBRI proposal has been awarded access to the AU-CD beamline
- One of the beamline scientists will contact the successful applicant in order to arrange a suitable time for the measurements.
- Local accommodation for the duration of the visit will be arranged by the , who will also help with any other practical aspects of the visit. Details of travel to and within Aarhus can be found on the ISA website.
For research carried out under the MOSBRI programme
Each Group Leader is requested to ensure that:
- A Project Summary Report form is completed and sent as attachment via email to the
, as soon as possible after the supported visit to the AU-CD beam line.
The form is available to download as a pdf file:
- All publications directly linked to the work performed in the framework of the project should acknowledge the support of the
EU H2020 MOSBRI research and innovation programme.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101004806
- The AU-CD contacts, and , should be kept informed of all the publications referred to under the point above.
You should email the full title and reference of the publication to
, once it has been accepted for publication.
