On Monday the 10th of September 2012 Aarhus University hosted the inauguration of the ASTRID2 accelerator at the Department of Physics and Astronomy. The inauguration gives the university an opportunity to celebrate the new accelerator and the opportunities and prospects it offers for research, particularly in the field of Science and Technology and Health. It is also an opportunity for the university to thank those who have helped to realize ASTRID2. Aarhus Universitet er mandag 10. september vært ved indvielsen af ASTRID2 acceleratoren på Institut for Fysik og Astronomi. Indvielsen giver universitetet anledning til at fejre den nye accelerator og de muligheder og perspektiver den giver for forskningen særligt inden for Science and Technology og Health. Samtidig er det en mulighed for universitet for at takke dem, der har bidraget til at realisere ASTRID2.
