ISA meeting

Week 22, May 29, 2001.

Status of the ring: Last week, we attempted to run C₂H₂^- for the electron cooler group, but were unable to avoid contamination with CN^- and BO^-. Later in the week, we switched to NO₃^-, which continued with success until Monday morning.
Now, the laser cooling group is setting up for a two-week Mg⁺ run

ELISA is now under vacuum again, with the new electron target installed, and the bakeout is being prepared.
