Once you have booked your travel to Aarhus for your assigned beam time you will need to contact the ISA secretary so that she can book you accommodation for your stay in Aarhus.

There are several options available to you:

Hotels in the centre of town

Scandic Hotel Plaza (B&B)
Best Western Hotel Ritz (B&B)
Cab-Inn (B&B)

Accommodation closer to the University

University Guest House (Self Catering)
Department of Mathematics (Self Catering) - If you arrive outside of normal office hours then special arrangements will need to be made for collection of the key.

ISA is indicated on the map with a red pin and the locations of the various accommodation are indicated with blue pins.
